Now that they've moved the venue from Fontana to El Toro, you can't use the excuse that it's too far. Come on out and let's see how well your mods perform. I'm tired of being the only one representing YarisWorld in the Los Angeles area.

Just got back from El Toro. That is is nice course. Twice as long and faster than the one in Fontana.

Yaris T-sport and his buddy showed up so I took each of them on one run as my passenger. I did the last run by myself.

I think the saftey guy who did a course checkout on his Segway had a better time.

Guys, I need some Yarii out there so that I can at least beat somebody. Seriously, my gift to myself this summer is to take a high performance driving course.

Oh, my brakes suck. I was standing on them and the car would not slow down. It got worse on the third run. I think I know what a little bit of brake fade might feel like.

re: brake fade. Call me.

why didn't Yen race?

I know a great school if you're interested in a one-day performance course.

thx, expect the subject is out of focus on most of the photo due to no Image stabilizer in that lens

Thanks for the pix. I was gonna yell at you because the pictures you emailed me were of other people's cars.

I had a good time with you guys today.

It only looks fast because he panned the camera. We were actually driving at grandma speeds.

The acceleration felt really good. Slowing down was scary.

I was going to race in SM due to the S/C but then my passengers showed up. Then it just became X runs.

Someone there told me that there's a new class called CST in which anything goes so long that you are wearing street tires. I might try that next.
