I think it'll look good if you are accenting the rest of your engine bay with red. If you sand it with like a 60 grit flap disk, it'll be cheaper, because the powdercoater won't have to do any prep work, so they will only charge you to actually powdercoater. Or contact your powdercoater, and see what he would prefer you to do for prep work.

No, I meant ask them what needs to be done, and then u do it. You will save a good amount of money that way. They usually won't mind doing a small spot that you may have missed, but the more prepped you bring it to them the faster they will have it done, and the less itll cost you.

Aaron, you could paint your belt red. Now, THAT would be original.

powder coating it made the intake abit thicker... i had to re-thread the vacuum hose fitting threads... and noticed there was like 1-2mm thickness of the powder coating.... so not sure if i want to disassemble the supercharger.... the clearance might be different after powder coating it...

Looks great I used to Live in Edmonton looks like the work of Pefection Powdercoating? How much faster is the car with the SC, does it shave more than a second off the quarter mile? I cant find any 0-60 or quarter mile times for a 1.5 with SC.
