That is the TRD turbo kit for the 1NZ.

It has been available for several years! Originally intended for the first get Yaris TS.
Good for 150hp at the crank @ 6 psi. No much power but close to no lag on the up side.
Is the same kit on my brother's 1st gen TS (Factory equipped)

That kit was for sale here... a few years ago. It went for JUST $5,000 ;)
