I am doing a television news story on subcompact cars like the Toyota Yaris and would like to interview a Yaris owner in the New York City/New Jersey area on camera for the story. M. Cohen, when your interview is done, I hope it will be possible for you to post it in the video section of this forum, so it can be viewed by the worldwide Yaris community.

Yarisworld is a great site where we can find good information on the Yaris, but also on other small economical cars. Unlike many forums on the web, everyone here is putting their effort to find a good answer to any type of questions regarding the yaris or other small vehicule.

I'm sure nobody here would be mad if you mention the site on tv:wink:

So you gonna be on TV Chris?

I would have gone for this but until my leather gets installed in the rear seats, my Yaris is not yet ready for prime time.

I have however spoken to four reporters about my purchase: Smart Money Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Detroit News and (just now) NBC News/Today Show. (I indicated I'd be willing to talk to reporters at edmunds.com)

There sure is a lot of media interest in these cars.

Chris lives a bit far for us to hook up this week. Anyone else out there who would come within 50 miles of New York City for an interview with their Yaris Friday?

Sorry, wish It could have worked out guys, but between my schedual, and getting my truck ready for SEMA, im kinda tied down at the moment.
