Not sure if there's really a need for the US to be divided up into 9 regional areas. I'm in NY but it's really easy for me to go to New England. Hell, it's only 3 hours to Montreal (not including the wait at the border).

Just outside of Albany. Oddly enough I've only ever been in Canada twice and both of those times were for concerts (once in Montreal and the 2nd time in Toronto).

Ah good ol' Albany.... I'm surprised you haven't been up more often... especially back in the weak dollar days... my buddies from NYC would always joke about how it felt like spending monopoly money...
