Like many of you, I am going to switch out my stock system and have been looking at different 6.5 inch speakers. I have narrowed it down to 2 speakers; the T162c's from Rockford Fosgate and the SPS-600's from Alpine.

Both have similar specs. I already have experience with Rockford and the pair I had sounded pretty sick. I have never owned an Alpine product, but I have seen people mention these speakers on this site. Anyone have any advice regarding this matter? Plus if you know of a different set altogether you recommend please mention it! Thanks.

Alpine FTW between the two you chose.

Otherwise I'd say Polk DB651 are very nice and still within the common price range.
