What Shocks for Eibach springs?

Hello, I´m from Spain and I want to lower the car whith Eibach Springs.

Before to buy the springs, I want to know what shocks could be fine for me. I don´t want shocks very hard.

Do you know what shocks could be nice for me?

There are only 2 options available either ways... and both are very close in performance.

I would not call them performance shocks, but these are at least an upgrade.

BTW, the eibach springs were designed to be used with the stock shocks...
