So I now have 110,000km and I'm wondering should I be getting new shocks/springs?

I did an inspection of them and they don't appear to be leaking or anything, seem like they are in pretty good condition.

Odds are yes you need new shocks. You can do a test by pushing down on the hood and releasing, shouldn't bounce up/down afterward.

Thing is, I've done this and they stay put. But I guess it's better to be safe than have a strut bust on me while driving.

Does anyone know where to get OEM shocks and springs for a decent price? No way I am buying them from the stealership.

If you don't grab the barbers OEM units then the logical aftermarket units with be KYB GR-2's if you can source them in Canada. TireRack lists them if you care to import.

is the KYB GR-2's better than the Tokico Blues if i'm lowered on Tanabe DF210 springs? how about the TRD Sportivo ones?
