My driveway consists of mud, some grass, and a few rocks. When I clean my Yaris, I always regret having to walk up to it and dirty it right away. Is there a product, like an outdoor carpet or floor mat designed for parking a car on it? I've tried a google search, but can't find exactly what I'm looking for.

But I suggest just putting lots of rocks like this:

3/4 inch of gravel will just sink or get washed away . Try about 10 tons of pea gravel or crusher run or even better 9 yards of concrete . Actually I think 9 yards will do a double car parking spot 4" thick .

outdoor carpet will get worn through in a week.
fill it with gravel or cement it...
i feel your pain my driveway is .6tenths of a mile long mostly mud since we have had so much rain this winter it will take 5 20 ton dump loads to cover it when it drys out some at 450.00 a load :(
i have just learned to live with a not so clean car

It would be a good investment for you to prepare a parking area that resists moisture coming up through the ground. This moisture, expecially where roads are salted in winter, will increase the rust factor. Preserve your car with some $ spent on parking area.
