I've already asked the question somewhere in the forum but I've decided to start a thread on it to know your opinions.

I want to tint the top section of my windshield. The problem is...I don't want to do it from the inside because of the black dots on the windshield behind the rear view mirror...the tint would'nt stick good and would make air bubbles.

So, do one of you guys have done this? Do you have pics?

If it is too much trouble, I'll simply buy a black vinyl and put it on the top exterior. (I have a blue Yaris). I don't think a black vinyl would look rice.

Suggestions and pictures are welcome.

I had my windows tinted with the shade in the frount. I have no problems with bubbles. It did cost $180.00 for all the windows with the shade. The car is so much cooler.

Normally they brow tint or any other tint does not cover the dotted/tinted area of the glass but just starts and runs along the edges of it.
A custom installer can install the tinted brow and mate it up to the edges of the factort tinted areas for a seemless look.
