I just happen to come across these projector headlights from Depoautolights.
Does anyone have experience with these? Are they of high-quality (no leaks, etc.) and basically plug-n-play? Thought this might be a nice mod and will certainly improve the look of our Yaris.

TIA for your input and advice.

i wouldnt count on them for any lighting upgrades...unless you're gonna take the projector and get a Hella 90mm or 120mm projector. they're about 100ea on ralleylights.com...

other than that, aesthetics are nice...

I wouldn't trust any aftermarket headlight to not leak or fog. You should always reseal them!

Agreed on the fogging. I've resealed the problem one I have and so far, it seems fixed. My reseal is not pretty though. Ask HTM.

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know where I can get a pair of angel eye or halo headlights for a 2008 4dr yaris? I can not find anything. I think thats what they are called. They have the circle like the newer BMW's.

Thanks for your help!

Anyone know if these lights are DOT approved??? I'd really like some but I've heard from friends it's illegal to mod headlights.

I don't think ANY of the aftermarket lights are DOT approved, honestly.

I'm sorry but they're junk. The halos are dim and the light from the standard projector is weak. I'm sorry I bought them especially since they sent me the wrong side and wanted me to pay for the shipping to get the right ones. If you replace the halos with ccfl and the projectors with HID they would probably be okay since there really aren't any other options but a hid upgrade for the stock lights.

I have these lights and they do fog up...
But the light output from the standard projectors are pretty alrite.. I would say even better than the stock oem light projection....
Other than that, I have not experienced any leaking yet...
