that's exactly what i thought when i flipped open the manual. like an episode of quantum leap. oh boy.
hey if nothing else there's really grainy black and white pics to go with the unintelligible written instructions.

I'm going to run these by my professor and a couple of people in my Japanese class and see if they can decipher this.

Hmm, the disassembly, at least, looks the same as the Blitz writeup by LtNoogie.

You know what? I understand about 3/4 of the instructions from the pictures and what Japanese I do know. The hard part will be the wiring and the steps with low-contrast pictures.

I can translate most of it for you, aside from the kanji I'm going to have to look up..let me ask some of my classmates to see if they can translate those kanji characters :)
Maybe a while though..they're girls so not really interested in to doing so~ lol

^ lol kanji characters are the characters that look like chinese. They're borrowed characters to make Japanese writing easier. I took two years of Japanese, but learning the kanji didn't really stick with me :/

i ask if someone can translate a manual written in a language i don't know and that's a stupid question? wow. do you have kids? i sure hope not cause you sound like you'd be a total hard ass.
and babelfish is wrong A LOT. i'd just as soon have an accurate translation, i mean if that's ok with you?

god people really need to think before they speak on here.
Frownonfun, the closest translator to come to japanese is the one on dictionary.com but mainly for basic sentences....Ok, i go back to school thurs. I will ask my classmates if they can help you out w/ it.
And sorry for not elaborating on "kanji" :)
mrbond - kanji never sticks unless you stick to it :(.....i forgot most of all the strokes on even the basic kanji characters haha...sad.

lol, i think he meant the "stupid question" as his question about babelfish. i really doubt that people would be that mean :P

Alright, so PE has been ignoring my many emails to them. Whatever.
Good new is, though, that I've been able to translate the instructions all the way up till the wiring section! I'm stumped there, though.

^ Well, yeah. I'm going down to Texas to help Frownonfun install this. The first few pages are self-explanatory, since the Blitz install by LTnoogie is the same step-wise. The wiring instructions are clear now, and all that's left to figure out is the instructions for the fuel rail and the injectors.
Can anyone translate the page I'm talking about?
This kit will be done and installed before the end of June :D

Maybe you could contact the vendor and see if they have an english version?
Cheers
I think one of the main problems from the get go was getting someone to answer the phone on the other end. I just checked their numbers and they are still current and active. Hopefully they can help him out.

It looks Japanese, which I do not read.
Chances are that the Manufacturer has some sort of Adobe file online which may offer an English translation.
