spinning antenna?

Hi, has anyone while driving on the highway seen Yaris hb, Matrix, or a Corolla with a spinning antenna with an antenna ball? I wonder is it an upgrade or do you have to keep bending the antenna so that it twirls during high speed? Thanks.

I think that's just wind hitting the antenna ball and making the antenna swing around.

I just gave my rubber ducky away. You can make your own. Go to children toys and find a rubber toy that you like and make a small cut slightly smaller than the antenna tip making sure the cut will allow for the angle of the antenna. Easy!:smile:

Huh, I never thought about looking at toys, good idea for something unique. What I have imagined would look awesome is a kind of swirl coming off the antenna. Kind of how a scorpion tail curls up at the end, except I can't figure out what material to use and how to make it. I'll prob check some toys out and see if anything catches my eye!

I've never seen a spinning antenna, but I saw a helicopter topper with spinning blades on a car one day, like the one at the bottom of this page:

i just put a little nerf ball on the end of my antenna. when i'm driving, it bobs the antenna around, but it works! i got it from this set (http://www.hasbro.com/shop/details.cfm?guid=93260D03-6D40-1014-8BF0-9EFBF894F9D4&product_id=18744&src=endeca) lol
