Hate to say it, but that's about the going price for JDM RS tails. You can get replicas from Garm (Cali Yaris) on his website (http://shop.microimageonline.com/main.sc) at a much better price.
As for USDM tails, check out the for sale section. Real cheap.

I got a set of like new usdm 2008 tails , switched them with 1k on the car so they are perfect condition , 100 + shipping obo if you want them?
