While I'm surfing over Toyota Canada website I just notice they increase A LOT the price of the lowering springs. I can't remember the exact price before, but it was around 400-450$! Now, the price is 728$!!!!!!
WHAT THE FUCK?????
holy!! i paid 500 for mine from open road toyota at the richmond auto mall..
Holy crap, now you mentioned it.
I just checked the toyota canada website, it is not 728.00, it is 911.60 for lowering spring.
I also paid mine for $500 at Peace Arch Toyota in whiterock.
That is almost twice as much:eek:
damn it! That's rip off!!

Is that an installed price for just the springs or the price for the springs and shocks (parts only)?

No no, it doesn't include any shocks/struts! It's only for the springs but I assume installation charge is included! I hope so...
BTW, it's doesn't have sense... 728$ for springs. It's the price of some great entry level coilovers who include shocks/struts!
It's real crap!!

Hell mine were $150 from Jay at C2AUTO. The springs were Tanabe and installation was free cause I did it myself. If Toyota sees they are in demand they will raise their price. Trust me it is a waste.
yea... and for canada, i think they just use the eibach prokit (correct me if im wrong) which are like 325 bucks US... lol

I'm not really a gear head, but I do work at Cummins Inc. making the Cummins Diesels that go in the Heavy Duty Dodge Ram pickup trucks.Trust me it is cake. If you have any mechanical skills at all you can do it. Me and a friend was shootin the shit all day and only took us 2 hours. There is a grat how to from CHRIS07LB in an earlier thread that is word for word.
