Toyota of Turnersville offers the worst service for your yaris! They had me wait 8 hours to have a crack fixed in my windshield in which they did not even repair correct!
Stay away from this dealership!

Bummer. You may have done better to pay and go to a glass place. They'll even come to your house or work to fix it. If I had the dough, I'd even have the windshield replaced. The glass in the Yaris is soft and I already have scratches from the ice scraper in just a couple months of ice/frost. I've never had that problem with any other car. :frown:

usually glass work is subletted by the dealership to a glass repair service company. but the dealership is still liable for the shotty work done by the subletted glass service. its all about who they sublet to. same goes for body work and detailing services. dealerships try to squeeze every penny out of these sublet repairs so sometimes you get garbage work done.

Word of advice:
If you can get a PPG windshield for your Yaris, even if it does come at a premium - get it. The quality is astonishing, I've got tiny scratches all over my Yaris front and side windows - even my Sunfire's never had this problem!

I dont have any scratches on the glass after 2 years of ownership, however I did get pelted with a small rock on the highway that chipped it.

Maybe the glass manufacturer for the '07s is different? You must give your glass a workout in Maine. Do you treat it with anything like Rain-X?

toyota of runnemede is about 15 minutes away from there to anyone around the area...and they are very good and helpful...if you ask someone not from the service department theyll usually recommend places to get quality work for cheaper outside the dealership too
and yea i know this thread is old

I am going to try Toyota of Cherry Hill, and if i am not satisfied with that ill try Runnemede. Turnersville is just beyond horrible and they treat you like your in the way. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

I work at a dealership and all the service guys tell me to have customers just call the company we use to do glass. The reason we do this is for this exact reason. The dealership should of told you to drop the car off for the day or just given you a name and number to call. However at our dealership we are just honest with the customer and I know a lot of dealerships aren't.
I don't know how long they said it would take to fix but next time go through insurance or on your own. It costs the same and they can do it at your house or your job. Good luck finding a good dealership.

I bought my Yaris from Toyota of Turnersville and noticed the reviews weren't good for the Service center. The car came with 2 years of free oil changes, I hope they at least do that correctly, lol.

Trust me, the service there is horrible! I would seriously consider going to a different toyota for service.
