I have a chip on the black part of the door pillar...driver's side. (I have a HB). I went into Toyota today to see if they have a touch up pen for the black part and they said they don't. Its a tiny chip but I can see the orange paint underneath it and its going to bug me! I was thinking of using black spray paint and touching it up with a toothpick. Has anyone else had this problem. I know the paint of the Yarii are terrible but I didn't think I'd have to worry about the black painted door pillars...I actually thought they were plastic until this chip!

Black is more or less Black when it comes to auto paint. You can get a flat black touch up pen at most auto supply stores.

Just fill it in with a black marker. Crayola FTW

isnt everything crayola washable? if you're gonna go with marker, i feel like sharpie might be a little more permanent.

I actually got a bad scratch on both front doors (sedan). I decided to use Napa Plasti-Dip to paint over them. I just taped off the windows and carefully exacto knifed around the tape edges to get the right shape. The best part about the Plasti-Dip is that to remove it you just have to rub an edge with a hard towel to get it to peel a little and from there you can peel it off, it comes off in a latex like sheet.
