So I just had one of my goldfish die. I flushed him down the toilet and it clogged!!!. Its late at night and i dont have a plunger. I tried google and i heard that if you put some dishwashing liquid down the toilet let it sit for 15 minutes and poor some hot water down the toilet its supose to work. 20 Minutes later whala!. It worked!

So just a tip id thought i throw out to keep in mind when this happens to you.

I've got a plunger. Always have one just incase things get clogged. Best to have one and never use it than not to have one and need it urgently.

Plus, they're like $5.

That will work. Have to try it next time.

I usually just pour an extra gallon of water into the toilet and let the hydrostatic pressure work things out.

+1

Although if you don't use it, the rubber can get weird. So I'm glad for the tip.
