So I swapped out the rear springs back to stock, it was a fun time had by all.

The extra bit of height will be comforting when I carry out my plans later on but even now it looks pretty nice to me.

Before it was low low and now I think its just a tad bit high.

Feel free to comment.

Real wheels and rear spacers and BOOM you're set.

spacers? What is this new concept/purpose you speak of.

Wheels coming very soon though.

& as far as the tail lights go....I havent had any problems yet in the state of FL & CT

The wheels in the back sit too far in. Rear spacers will make them pop out a little bit and be (hella)flush with the fenders.

Do explain how they install so I can imagine installing them, I saw some 30mm ones on ebay for 100 bucks I think.

Not sure, never installed them. I need some too, though.

Looks way better, this is true for the sedan as well.

I was thinking about switching my rear springs back to stock too since its so easy to swap them out. Plus you got a little extra weight in the back cause of your subs right? Helps things even out, I know a little bit of weight in my trunk goes a long way.

Get'em from Garm. Don't go above 15mm though or you may hit the fender well.

Install is relatively easy. You have to bang out the stock lugs and put in the extended lugs that come with the kit.

Makes the car look alot better.

What are those 'studs' above your spoiler? Nice ride, BTW.

I forgot about the whole hitting the sidewall thing. Running my intended 205/40/17 that I might be soon will already be nice and cozy without the extra 15mm push.

The studs are just the carefully applied "vortex generators" there was a thread about them a good while ago. I think they work for me.

We'll see how things work out once I get the new wheels.

You'll still want spacers depending on the offset of those wheels. I ran the same size back in the day.

Yeah on second thought i dont see how if my wheels clear the sidewall and i apply the spacers which push them outward where the problem would be.....in theory.

Hey Architect - What did you paint your wheel covers with? I wanna do that. My front ones are kinda scratched cause I curbed them once or twice. I also smoked the curb when I was e-brake turning around corners in the snow and broke a piece of it off lol.
