I went by the body shop this morning to check on my Yaris. The collision repair is almost finished and my car was sitting outside the shop. I gave it the "once over" and discovered the chrome plating was gone from the center caps of my Enkei RS-V rims!!!:mad::evil: The service rep I'm dealing with was quick to mention that "they didn't use anything besides window cleaner to clean the wheels and that window cleaner would not hurt them.":bs: Well, if said window cleaner has AMMONIA in it, it most certainly will remove the chrome plating from the plastic.
Replacement caps are available at a cost of $15 each but it is going to be a pissing contest to get them to pay for it I can tell.:evil::bs:
I'm also fighting for a replacement TRD exhaust, which was purchased and added by the dealer before delivery last year. It used to fit up snug against the bumper with bearly clearance to slide a towel between to clean. Now, it hangs down between 1-2 inches below the bumper. They claim the exhaust is not bent and there is nothing they can do. I have pictures to prove the fit before the collision. I'm going to suggest the dealer (who owns the collision center) get a new TRD exhaust, remove mine and compare the two. If mine is not bent, then there are other problems underneath. I think it is bent as the bumper was pushed down onto the TRD tip after the collison.

Thanks for letting me vent!!! I'll post updates later.
