Before everyone runs off to KFC there are some things about them that I think you should know. They have been and currently are in trouble on many fronts for dastardly practices such as involvement with destruction of the Amazon rain forest, unfair labor practices and several aspects of animal cruelty. Additionally, despite the common knowledge that trans-fats are harmful to humans and being sued by a consumer protetion group to stop the use of it, KFC continues to use trans-fats in their biscuits, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes.
