How many miles have you put on the Yaris?

i was just woundering how many miles people have put on the yaris.

I got min on April 23 2008 and i have 17799 miles on it.

I thought maybe that was alot for one year

not really.... 15k is pretty average for most US drivers i believe.
My first Year I put 22k on mine. Tho if I hadn't have moved 500miles away, it would've been closer to 15k.
I'm currently around 27k. Had an axle seal go bad, replaced for free, other than that... just type IV oil & filters.

Oh... i did have a single Toyota logo pop off one of my hub caps... have caps was bad enough... now I have one that stands out. Wonder if I can get my hands on one of those lil logos and epoxy it back on.

We bought the first Yaris sold at our dealership in Connecticut in April of 2006. It now has 63,3xx trouble free miles on it. I replaced the stock tires at 55k and have used Mobil 1 and a Toyota filter since the first oil change.

Just hit 50k yesterday. I've owned my Yaris since April 2007, 25k a year. Hopefully my mileage will drop this year.

I'll be hitting 27500 at the one year mark next week. That is normal commuting with one long distance vacation trip.

But that is one of the main reasons for buying it. For the annual mileage I am putting on, the Yaris was the best value out there.

28k in 17months... 1600 a month. Axel seal replaced once... oil changed every 4900 miles, gone through 3 AC air filters... still on stock tires... fronts are starting to wear thin.. but rears have LOTS of tread left... haven't done a rotation for the past 12k miles... time to rotate.

Still no regrets in buying this car.

GF owns an 00 subaru legacy which gets 20-29mpg depending on how she drives... and she would love to get the 4door HB when its time for her to buy a new car... In fact, i bet she'd be willing to buy as soon as she pays off her subaru.

Maybe by then we'll be married and i'll have to change my name to YariFamily. hehehe.
