yes these are springs... ill take some pics once they come off the car which should be by this weekend.... im sure there is normal wear and tear... from what i can gather will fit 07 hb 07 sedan and scion xd...

haha yes they have the plastic wrap that helps with rubbing... springs are off the car...and ready to ship...
