So i ordered the lights from jm auto. they arrived and were damaged like everyone saw in the pictures. They were sent back via ups to an address provided by jm. (ups picked them up fromt he house) Now they arrived in CA on the 8th. i had not heard from him for a cupple days so i filled a dispute through paypal. now he is saying that ups tracking number said they were sent back to my house and denied the paypal claim. i have no new tracking number for new lights. the tracking number i have shows they were recieved sighned for and delivered to the address he provided in ca. now what do i do? im out lights and the money.

what an ass...... ugh :/ nothing about that sale seemed real.

That tracking number actually does show "returned to shipper". It still looks mighty fishy, as some dude named Antonio signed for it, then must have refused it:

Call UPS and see if they can give you more detail. I don't like the fact that the last scan on "returned to shipper" was on the 8th. It should have picked up more scans by now.

but he was the shipper. it was returned to his addres the delivery confirmation has it there. he sent out the return to shipper and ups came and picked it up. if it went to the wrong address it is because he gave ups the wrong address i never had to put a address on the package as when ups picked it up at the house they ahd they label and everything allready.

The thing that's throwing me is the "returned to shipper". Even for an A.R.S. I don't ever remember seeing that status. If UPS says it was definitely delivered, then go back to paypal with "proof of delivery".

f&*^*ng UPS lost 2 out of 4 shipments.. good thing i used my credit card directly rather than paypal.. i got a credti back for non received merchandise.

ups is garbage for international stuff

but the brown truck IMO is the BEST option for domestic shipments.

I used to ship Fedex all the time, just due to the fact they were never late, and never had a problem losing a package, until they decided to leave my $500 Hood just laying on my porch!!!! You dont leave something that was as big (box wise) as a refrigerator just sitting there for anyone to come take.

alright still no lights. is this guy still on the fourms? he wont answer my pm's paypal wont do anything and now my mother (ugh) wants to get her attorney involved ( hes also the attorny for the state of georgia.) anyway im pissed its been almost 90 days now. what do you guys think?

unfortunatly i called paypal thei claim is their insurance is only covered if you purchas through ebay (bs) anyway credit company took care of it to day plus is charging the finance charges to him for it so its all good now i hope
