Hey guys,

Im updating my car again as im giving it to my bro so i can either get a Hyundai Tiburon or a Holden Coupe

I live in an appartment and theres no damn power points to plug in a hair dryer into. I want to remove all the badges off my car. This is fairly easy for me to remove but the black glue still remains and without heat i suspect it will be very difficult to remove without heat.

Ive been re-searchin on the net about any products that will remove the black glue from the badges to loosen it up or whatever. Is there such a product?

Thanks!

I just wait till a really hot day. And then peel them off and most of the glue comes off with it.

Whatever residue is left there is a product called goof off. ALso 3M makes a product specifically for the glue residue.

goo gone or wd40

but leave it in the sun for a couple hours and the badges and glue will almost come off themselves....

Or you can use a hair dryer or a space heater on a cloudy day

3M stuff is actually pretty good. takes some time and tedious but works and doesn't scratch.
