I know this is not what you are looking for but this is want I want. It has bluetooth built into the deck and IPOD control. I think all decks should have bluetooth.

Pioneer makes a bunch of Double DIN Touchscreen CD/DVD/GPS head units, and of course they all support the iPod interface, but I don't think the interface supports iPod Video playback. the AVIC-D1 and AVIC-D2 are near identical, the D2 just has some extra bells and whistles, the new AVIC-Z1 has everything the others do, plus a slightly bigger screen, thanks to the elimination of the side controls, plus has, in addition to it's CD/DVD drive, a Hard Drive that stores the Map info, and you can even rip Music CDs to the HD. It has BlueTooth integration for your phone and I'm sure a bunch of other features that I'm forgetting about.
EDIT: I found exactly what you need, and it was right under your nose!
Clarion seems to be the only manufacturer right now that supports iPod video playback... so, I suggest this unit:
http://www.clarion.com/us/en/products/2006/multimedia/multimedia_source_units/MAX675VD/us-en-product-pf_1134643389338.html
Now I know, it doesn't have onboard Nav.... but Clarion makes this add on unit for it:
http://www.clarion.com/us/en/products/2006/navigation/navigation/NAX970HD/us-en-product-pf_1134643389386.html
So there you are, a full system that meets all your requirements!
The unit with the popout monitor that you showed above doesn't work with that HDD nav unit, but honestly, you'll like the Double Din unit more, it looks more like stock, not to mention less gaudy, and it won't block the freakin' air vents.
