I currently have both NST SSKs installed and now I'm looking at possibly reducing the overall height of the shifter too. Would the TWM shift kit work with the 2 NST ones? Or would I have to take them off and just go with the TWM?

The TWM doesn't work with the in-cabin SSK I believe. You could always cut down your stock shifter a few people have done that too. Search for it

Cutting it is easier, and no one will see anyway, it works like a bomb..

Will cutting it give me the same result as the TWM? Or would the TWM modify the throw more and/or differently?

I say do it right and go TWM. And then just sell the cabin SSK to me.

In cabin is the one mounted to the bottom of the shifter, right? Make me an offer and it's yours. I've only had it on for a couple months and still have all the parts, including the tool to remove the ball on the bottom of the shifter.

u should cut it first and try it before u put in the ssk..i cut mine by 2.75 inch and rewelded it but with ssk its too stiff..i took ssk off for now and shifting is sweet..
