what should Tint and X-Pel cost...

I've never gotten either windows tinted or x-pel put on a car/truck I've owened.... and I'm not all that sure about what the pricing really should be.

so this is the deal that the shop i went to made me :

$800 for the x-pel and tint (everything but winshield. 20%front 35%back) plus this comes with a lifetime warrenty (norm theres only 5yr for x-pel)

is this a good deal?

or
$169 for tinting alone.

Considering the price of the X-Pel film kits, I'd say that's a reasonable price quote, seems like they're charging next to nothing for labor, the Sedan bumper kit alone is a $300+ kit

haha, its funny i never even looked at the kit prices (or the site; now i feel like an ass...) I only heared of it because an old co-worker got it done on his prius

if i get the x-pel he said he'd thow in the tint for free...
