Personally I find the Donk style to be just plain ugly... however, it is not free to do nor is it cheap to do so if a man decides to spend his money to make his car look like that because he likes the look then it is no different from any of us here spending money on mods to make our Yaris' look the way we want them to. While I find the car in OP's image just as hideous as the rest of you, there is no reason to bring race into the discussion- and a few of the comments on here are really offensive(especially the welfare remark...)

As we all know that everyone has their own taste on how they look at whats appealing to them. Yaris World people, High Riders, Low Riders, Muscle Cars, VW poeple and so on. To each his own.
I personally look at cars like this and say to myself well, I guess as car guys go, they just couldn't think of anything else to do to their rides so lets make the wheels as big as we can. Divert the eye and the attention of the viewer to the wheels only. Remember the rage = SPINNERS?? They've come and gone.
When I see examples of these High Riders at shows or on the street, I laugh my ass off and think these are funnier than shit to look at. But again, this is what makes us all different and I accept the fact that they might look at our Yaris's that we love and say WTF!!!
We all think we have good taste when it comes to our cars and how we personalize them and that is why we choose the Yaris and this GREAT website.
I will always be open to other car trends and ideas. However I still think the High Rider cars are good because they ALWAYS make me feel happy to see them cause they're funnier than shit to look at and I'm garanteed a laugh!
