Dear Toyota Owners,
We are presently working with Toyota to do service quality checks at the Toyota Service Centers in CT, NJ, and NY. The way this program works is that we ask Toyota vehicle owners to take their vehicle to a selected Toyota dealership to get their vehicle serviced with an oil change (a $35.00 value). In exchange for your time and oil change, we ask that in return you fill out a questioner online letting us know what your overall service experience was. Since the dealerships are not aware of you doing this, you will be required to pay the bill in full at the time of the service. We will reimburse you in full once we receive your dealers invoice and report.
So if you’re a Toyota vehicle owner and live in CT, NJ, or NY we ask that you take a moment of your time to logon to our website and fill out a mystery shopper’s application. We will then notify you by email as to what dealerships are eligible in your area. You will then select the dealership of your choice and immediately schedule your vehicle for service. This is a mystery shopping program so we ask that you do not contact your local dealership of this as they are unaware of this program.
