You'd be better off in the Yaris. These days car meets are less risky than bike meets... last few times I went to my local bike night (Thurs@Friscos) 5-0 was hassling everyone.

per the flyer on the first page, they run from 8pm till whenever...most definitely still going on...had a nice group of versas there last week, lots of hondas show, in addition to several other makes/models...i personally show up around 9pm and stay till around 11...this week would be a good week to come because it appears as though Garm aka Cali Yaris is going to make it out...if you're looking for tips, considering he is a vendor and has a sick with it yaris himself, i would say he could be a big help...ultimately tho, everyone from this site that shows up is awesome so, i'd recommend coming out, meeting some locals and kickin it :thumbsup:

This is GREAT!! But it SUCKS for me. I work 3 miles from Sonic and live 40 miles away.
Off work at 2:30pm then the commute home. Wish it started earlier but I understand.
I'm up at 3:30am for my morning commute so for me to be there for an 8:00pm start till ?? would KILL me for even trying to be functional at work the next day (Friday)

Hello everyone first i want to say thank you for coming out to the sonics meet and all of you are welcome. My name is tony i am the socal liaison for scion apocalypse - we host this meet with the intention of getting fellow toyota lovers together and have a good time. i have been to a lot of meets where people act like they are the best and don't make you feel welcomed -please don't be shy or scared to show up please feel at home with us- even thou i don't know much about the yaris what i do know is that they look awesome. we are trying to find a different meeting spot to get away from the honda's - they are cool people but they give us a bad rep. if you guys have ant ideas post them up - once again thank you all and hope to meet you soon -

things were super chill at 10pm so, we took a cruise to joe's for some awesome water ice (waited 35 minutes for sonic to respond to the stupid red button push, so we could order some cherry limeades--and it never happened)...my sister went back to pick up her friends car when we got done at joe's and called me to say the meet had filled up...looks like even tho it's slated to start at 8pm, most people don't show until closer to 11pm these days...

on another note, it was really cool to see Garm and his super whip this week lol
