This bulletin cover all Toyota from 2003 to 2007... very disapointed to see than Toyota been unable to fix that problem in 4 years... ishh.

Humm, there is so much rattle on the Echo than I never take note of a windshield noice. I probably have it btw! hehehe.

i would imagin that the problem is only now becoming apparent on the 2003 cars, and they have just been using the same type of system to date, which may cause a problem in the future :)
