I like this video, especially the point of view. Is your camera capable to record in real HD? You will receive best quality for youtube with the following settings, if possible:

Resolution 1280 × 720
30 Frames per Second
Audio 44kHz
16 Bit Mono
Codec Apple Quicktime MOV (set to best quality) or MP4 (55% quality is ok)
