Exhaust Vibration

My new 09 Yaris Basic Hatch has a lot of exhaust system vibration/noise on acceleration. If you drive slowly no problem but get on it a little and it vibrates quite a lot. Also the brakes are reallt CREAKY when you brake at slow speeds. Like when you want to creep along in traffic. Before I bring it back to the dealer has anyone else had this? Did you manage to get it fixed and if so, what was the problem. Thanks!

ya.. my sedan exhaust also vibrates. but it is pretty much covered up from the trunk/sound deadening.
