What's your take on this? For me, I can understand why the cop decided to pull the kid over, I'll give him that. But he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and abusing his power.

Now, here's another video that, imo, the officer was doing the right thing and was more professional.

The officer should be put on trail for abuse of power. We need to make an example of this officer. No one should be abused and frightened in this way. The officer could have just ask this person to move on, leave.

That clicking noise is really annoying, but not as annoying as that cop on a powertrip.

This is what Americans have asked for by always giving the police the benefit of the doubt. We can now be arrested for "something that [the cop] will make up." This is just an example caught on video.
honestly, with all of these police officers who have been beating, killing, and torturing people without a legitimate cause in the last year or two, this kid really lucked out he was just threatened.

Lmao i agree totally... 1st one is a cop with a powertrip, 2nd one he was doing what a normal cop would do. He reminds me of this guy tho... =p http://images.rottentomatoes.com/images/movie/trailer/10000555/SuperTroopers-trailer_19.jpg

the first video looked fake, but if its not, the kid has a record and was talking shit to the cop... Both the kid and the cop are retards.

Most cops are decent guys doing a hard job. Some cops are bully boy power freaks who like to tell people what to do because of twisted psychological needs. A small number of cops are just crooks hiding behind a badge.

My take is that it's a fake. WTF was the kid doing driving around with the cam on, then parking? And then "just by chance" a cop questioned him?
Smells like a set-up to me.

I concur, and depending on where you live, you'll see more or less of one of the three you mentioned.

It's not a fake. This made the news last year, and the officer was being investigated.

Well, I'll take one out of two. Not a fake, but def a set-up
More power to the kid. (I know, 20 is not exactly a "kid", but I hate the term "young adult", and he's less than 40% of my age....)

Obviously cops don't get shot in this kid's neck of the woods. I've heard of cops power tripping but nothing like this.
I've seen cops noticeably sy in relief when they notice a car-seat in the back when I get pulled over. It's like they know they aren't going to get into shit because of a car seat. Moral of the story, buy a car seat, pee on it, put some crumbs and shit on it, and go driving.

Assholes like that are the reason I'm ashamed to be in the CJ field ......... well, that's my degree anyway - I'm currently not using it. No matter how hard you try, you can't avoid pricks on a power trip.
I had a little talk with a state trooper the other morning becuase he said my tint was 5% and he couldn't see in it. I told him it was 20% - NOT 5% and understood it was still illegal. He gave me a warning, but not before screaming at me and being extremely sarcastic and when I looked at him kinda funny (just in one of those 'I know you're full of shit' looks that you automatically get when someone is full of it ...) for telling me my tint was 5% (he refused to show me the tint meter) he said "DO YOU NOT FULLY COMPREHEND THE WORDS I AM SPEAKING TO YOU - DO I NEED TO SPEAK SLOWER??" I wanted to cuss him out. But I didn't feel like going to jail at 7:00am on a Thursday :)
I complained about him, but no one at the state level would call me back *shocker*
Cops can be dicks - even when you are being fully cooperative. It comes with the badge - it's called a God complex. lol

If you seen it then you mean it and you know you have to go FAST AND FURIOUS...Lol
The cop was obviously looking for a fight and should have asked him what his business was and then been on his way>.<

My honest opinion, is that both the kid and the cop are idiots.
I dont know what made me more angry, the kid that goes from being a tough guy at first to being a puss....
Or the cop that threatens to ruin someones life, for that I would take his badge, and take him or the city to court. And the video would immediately be sent to every news station. That so embarrasing/disrespectful for a cop to do, wow what state is that. Ive been stopped before, and NEVER had a cop like that, they are actually all reasonable human beings.

that kid was looking for a meal ticket, in my opinion the young boy wanted this to happen.
The driver at one point states that he has already took another cop to court, and this is why he has the camera.
and the clicking sound is torture :frown:

im surprised the officer didnt ask what that CLICKING noise was, any officer would be suspicious of a constant steady clicking. But that some good radar detector

Yup! I'm not siding with the cop in this, but the kid was looking for trouble.

I would carry a dash cam at all times just in case something did happen, and if I got harassed by a cop or anyone for that matter, damn right id make a meal ticket out of it. If they want to be dickheads, then they deserve to be exploited.

#1. the guy should have used some common sense and not give the cop attitude about where he is parking.
#2. cop in this case is a bit on a power trip and was already possibly having a bad day.
#3. looks partially staged

That second one pisses me off the most
your telling me a huge cop like that can't put a 72 year old 150lbs woman in cuffs without using a taser
I keep my go pro and canon digital cam or cell phone rolling anytime i'm stopped. I've delt with some stupid ass officers that don't know when to STFU and abuse thier powers.
its funny how fast you get out of a $7000 fine (50km over) ticket, road side suspension and tow when you tell the cop you have your ride and this conversation on cam, and will gladly see him in court.

LOL. But I kinda side with the cop in the second one. The lady was warned several times, and she kept on using the "elderly card". Sucks to her, no one should be able to abuse any power.
