i hope you're not using just the halos for driving and actually have hid bulbs in there...

you have to upgrade to HID, don't bother with the OSram Silverstars it doesn't make enough of a difference. do a search there are threads on here as to which kit to buy. but you will lose your hi beams for most which is only a problem if you have to pass inspection(which I do) anybody figure that out short of a custom harness?

the halos and the high beam works perfectly, the low beam lights are the ones that arent bright enough. I can only see about 10 to 15 feet at nignt on low beam. And it is written on the back do not use hid bulbs im confused.

you might need to aim it correctly. looking at the driver side, the projector on the right is for hids and the one on the left is for regular bulbs. i think the warning's just for the regular side since projector headlights are made for hids.

.. since projector headlights are made for hids.

Not really, there are halogen projectors and HID projectors. They might look the same from the outside. But the internals have their slight differences. Placing HID bulbs in a projector designed for halogens will cause more glare than a projector that's designed for HID bulbs exclusively.

But having said that, HID bulbs in any projector would still be alot better than HID's in a halogen reflector bowl.

Thanks guys, that was very helpfull:thumbup: I have to now take out the lights so i can get brighter bulbs most probably the 30%Xenon halogen bluish white ones. One quick question how do i adjust the aiming of the projectors? Do i have to get special tools or unlock anything before i turn the adjusters?

umm u shouldnt get new bulbs....

those lights that came with the headlights should do just fine. When i installed mine, it was wayyyy better than stocked. Prob 30% Brighter and clearer.

Sure u connected it properly? Take pics with the lights on?

Your lights appear to be aimed too close.. more so the passenger side one. Look where the cut-off is for that side compared to the driver side..

So i just have to adjust the aiming and not replace bulbs? So i aim the passenger side a bit higher or the driver side lower? Sorry to ask so many question im new to the DIY stuff just dont wana do something wrong to my baby:redface:

yeah they look aimed far too low! I had the opposite problem with mine, my cutoff was too high.

If you take out the headlights again, look at the back, there should be 2 screws that you can use the adjust the aim. You'd need to screw each one in equally, 1 full turn should be enough. It's a bit of a pain but not too bad...

Park your car on a level surface against a wall, about 3m away. Then adjust the passenger side UP until it's level with your driver side beam. When both side's cut-off line up then it is level. You might be able to adjust them without taking the light out again, I'm not sure how these lights look on the rear.

I would probably do HID's even if it says not to on the low beams. You can then adjust them not to blind oncoming traffic. The only risk is that the housing cannot handle the increased heat, but I personally would take that chance.
