View Full Version : Any "Must Have" Canadian Accessories for an American Yaris?

A buddy of mine who is in the Canadian armed forces is heading home in a few weeks for vacation. As he is driving there, he has plenty of space to bring me back any items for my Yaris I want! The question is, are there any parts or accessories available in Canada that aren't here in the States that I "must have?"
I know they have a sweet looking RS rear rally spoiler, but I think I am taken care of in that department plus they aren't cheap (C$360, which is about US$285). Is there anything else?
Cheers! M2

+1 - Can't see why that's only avaiable in Canada, though. Only useful for 2 months out of the year up there in the Frozen North...

Actually, I just though of going to Toyota of Canada (http://www.toyota.ca)'s web site and seeing what they might offer...
But I don't camp in the Yaris, I have a Jeep for that!

If you don't already have an RS grille emblem, the Canadian one snaps into the US grille in seconds with no need for modifications.
how about the owner's manual that says you can tow up to 700# because somehow that's little book makes ALL the difference?

+1 I always hear about this tent, but never see any pics of it. Anybody have this Yaris tent, and willing to share some pics? :iono: I'd love to get one.

the roof rack is pretty cool. it looks like it fits a 2 door.

I can't get the proper link to work. Its the "roof rack ski adapter." it looks like its fitted to a two door.

I don't get the appeal of the tent? it looks just like a normal tent but with a big opening for the hatch door, not quite sure what the big deal is about it.

Now that i've seen the tent, it looks like a regular tent with the vestibule tied to the hatch. Still neat though.
