2009 HB fog light installation

Ordered a set of fog lights from Micro Image. Is it really 10 pages of instructions to install these? I thought the '09 came "pre-wired". Removing the front bumper and the underside of the steering column?:eek:

The pre-wiring saves you from having to pull a wire through the firewall and lets you use the stock fuse slot and relay slot. To mount them you still have a little bit of labor (and wiring) to do.

Thanks. I'm capable of the installation. I just remember when I used to drive Dodge vehicles, the cars were actually pre-wired. If you pulled the fog light cover off, there was a connector right there. The harness was already in. Same with the radio. If the car didin't have one, the harnes was still behind the plastic plate. It was literall plug n play. Seems like the cars today would already be wired for options, just to keep the manufacturing process consistant.

If your talking about the factory PDF , it shows you how to remove body
parts to install the lights , and where and how to plug everything in .
So unless you know what you are doing then yes they are inportant .
unless you have done it before, then you will know all the short cut's :thumbup:
