The description says you can use them in the interior (or wherever you want). But you have to swipe a fob to turn them on and off, yes? And they are turned on and off individually? Is there an "always on" mode, like for interior lighting?

You do have to swipe the fob to turn them on and they automatically turn off. I do not know about an "always on" mode for them. It does require a 9V battery as well!

They turn off automatically after 90 minutes to keep from wearing out the battery.
