How the heck do you figure out how many litres of gas you are using in the first place? I honestly have no idea.

Fill your tank & record milage. Next trip to gas station, fill your tank & record milage. Note the amount of full used to fill tank, and the difference between the two milage recordings.

You always have to fill the tank. Can't pop in and throw whatever amount of gas into the tank that is convenient.
