I just got myself an 8000K, 35W, BOSCH kit (made in Germany). It took about thirty mins to install. But it was daylight, so I still have a few hours till I can really test it.

don't waste your money on a h4-2 kit w/ a halogen high beam...they suck if you ever actually USE your high beams
i sell bixenon (hid hi/lo) kits in canada and i have them in my aveo AND yaris and love them. its worth the extra dough for bixenon.
that said, if you want a kit, PM me w/ your shipping info and ill get you a price to jamaica
*edit, i just saw the OP posted a lonnnnng time ago

I have a question - you are using the stock headlight assembly, correct? Have you ever been stopped with these on? Also, since you had to disable DRL, have you been stopped for that too?
I'm just wondering because I would totally do this if there was little chance of being pulled over lol ... I'm paranoid about these things. Plus the cops up here are mental.
