Calgary Meeting

Well, I see a whole bunch of people of people that are from calgary in this forum, so i say, we should meet at the starbucks on 17's, or something like that. Just to chat, and compare stuff. Let me know.

Meets are fun but I would suggest a place with a big enough parking lot so that we could park together. Parking on 17th is limited. If you want to cruise down to 17th after meeting at another location that would work.

My suggestion is the SAIT parking lot just off the C-Train tracks. It has a really nice view of downtown and is a great place to snap some pictures.

Sounds like a plan...with the weather finally coming around we might even have some patio-going audiences on 17th (our own contribution to Toyota's Yaris advertising campaign). We definitely need a place to take a group pic, though. PS: delivery for me is 10 days and counting...woooohoooo.

Will do, celica girl...don't mind waiting. Why april 3? Is that the delivery date they gave you or are they doing something to yours? I was told March 31 and you and I are through the same dealership...maybe yours will be here sooner??!!:biggrin:

That's the date they gave me but I'll keep my fingers crossed so that it will be here sooner!

pfft, no date yet. i was told mid April but he also told me "it could be here a week before, a week after, or right on time" so I have all April to wait. I've seen two other ones in Red Deer, one's four door burnt orange and the other one was bought by Z99 as a demo car. Other than that I don't think so :iono:

Hey everyone, I know summer summer is coming to an end but I'd still like to meet up and hang out or do the Banff idea, or cochrane icecream sounds fun as well.
