need avatar help

i made this

its 99px max size and is only 24kb and it says remote file too large when i try to add it as my avatar.

when i upload it to YW it doesnt animate..

any ideas?

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 14.6 KB (whichever is smaller).

change frame rate to less? also maybe black and white instead of color?

I counted 19 frames as your head slowly pops up - maybe reduce the number to 10 frames to bring down the image size.

i got it .. reduced it down and saved for web and devices so its down to 12k

i dropped the number of colors from 32 to 16
