what song? it was just orchestra playing while Jeremy Clarkson talks about the train he used to race on this Sundays episode of top gear.

Naw, its not there. I saw the episode the hour it was released. Theres a thread on it, but nobody could ID it. It was used in a previous episode too, but there was nothing then, and nothing now.

No audio (song) recognition software will pick it up, seeing that Clarkson's voice will distort the actual audio that is being listened to, in order to determine the actual song.

Best luck would be to try and find the credits for that particular episode and try and find it, or simply just write BBC with the specific episode number and see if they might be able to help...Im sure they answer more pointless stuff all the time, not implying that your question is pointless, just something I dont concern myself with, lol.

Top Gear also uses a lot of music by Craig Armstrong, maybe something of his? Where was a thread about this :confused:
