I'm sure there's someone here who works at an apple store or knows someone who does

I heard the 3GS is available for purchase without a contract, but I can't seem to find a definite price for this anywhere, does anyone know?

And is there any kind of maximum number of units that a single person could buy in one day?

A couple of months ago we inquired about buying 10 iPhone 3G phones (sans contract) for a proof of concept work project. We were quoted $799 each, so we ended up buying ipod touches instead. I haven't seen non-contract pricing on 3GS's yet...

you can buy iphones without contract but you must pay up the nose for em. I want to get a new 3GS to replace my original iPhone because mine is starting to die but I have to wait until my contract is renewed. I hate contracts...

I've read that it's $599.

^ you have 14-30 days of buyers remorse but now, i think you need to return the phone/s....before you could keep it..

$799 + tax but it's hard to get them...

they never asked me to return the phone... actually the at&t store were total douchebags when it came to cancelling service, so I just blamed the store when the asked me why I was switching back to TMobile

My bf and I both did this to get our iPhones, but I'm sure its a loop hole thats probably closed now
