I saw this the other day and I was pretty amused. There's no O2 sensor hole, nor is there a mounting hole for the bracket that keeps the manifold securely anchored to the engine block. But still a novel idea...for about $90 USD.

^ where is that thing sold? It's still missing the support bracket, and the O2 hole is on the opposite side, but it's still quite an interesting looking piece.

Bracket is for the heat shield which is not absolutely necessary... as for the sensor hole, it does not need to be in the exact same location as long as it's in reach of the wiring...

No no, not the bracket for the heat shield. There's another bracket that anchors the manifold to the engine block, to keep the manifold from moving around and risking breaking and so forth. Like, on the Megan and DC headers, there's a small slab of metal at a 90 degree angle on the collector flange.
As for the sensor hole location, I don't know if the sensor would be able to reach all the way to the other side. As it is, it was being stretched a little with the Megan.

What bracket do you mean? All the headers I've seen are attached to the head by the flange and nothing else.
The collector flange is nowhere near the head?

I'd put up a picture with a circle made around this bracket, but my work's proxy won't allow me to upload pictures. See, the Megan header has it, but the Thunder doesn't. It's the bracket ON the collector flange, mounted perpendicular to it. I suppose, though, that it's not a necessary thing.
