My R/C Yaris has arrived from HK! PICS

It's a kit you assemble, not hard to do. Plastic is painted parts, not molded colored plastic. Nice dark charcoal metallic quality paint.Pretty nice quality too.:w00t:

Matchbox is like 1:64, so 1:43 is'nt a bad size.
They have some real nice BIG 1:18 (?) Yari on Ebay, but they want over $100 for them.:mad:

Echo_hrs, if you have a source of those Minichamps, I would be interested especially in the red one you posted (mine is a black 3dr, but that red looks kickass!). I have not seen them on eBay here and the Yaris diecast I have seen are waaaay overpriced!

It's a bummer as we used to live within a 2-hr drive of Minichamps' headquarters in Aachen, Germany when I was stationed in Belgium. I collect diecast motorcycle models and have several of theirs, but I never made it up there.

Actually I just bought the below diecast model on ebay, it looks pretty detailed and if you want i will send it to your address for $20 inc. shipping.

I was going to paint it gray and I think I found one like auxmike (http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/member.php?u=5764)s', it is almost the same strucute of my ride! I will post photos later on as soon as it arrives...
