I have an 09 3-door with OEM 185/60/15 on MB 'Weapon' wheels (15X7 4-100 35GM) with 13mm rear hub spacers. Also, car is lowered on DF210's. The wheels and tires look awesome, but I'm getting some pretty annoying rubbing in the rear when going over dips/valleys in the road. It doesn't seem to happen with normal up and down bumps/potholes, just any time the rear end dips down more than the front. It seems to be only happening on the right rear tire, which is weird.
Also, the front left tire is rubbing when I turn against the locks to the right, such as in parking or pulling into my driveway.
Is there anything I can do to eliminate the rubbing? I know it's only rubbing on plastic (I hope!), but it sounds kinda scary, especially to passengers who aren't used to the sound.

Sounds like you are rubbing on the guard , try Tamago's washer idea
on the bottom bolt's of the hub spacer's or machine your hub spacer's with -1.deg camber

Has anyone else found their Yaris to be asymmetrical in the rear? I have 13mm hub spacers installed and the right side definitely sticks out further than the left. I wouldn't mind so much except that the right side is rubbing when going over dips in the road, which is annoying. Aside from the washers, is there any plastic (etc) that I can safely eliminate to stop the rubbing?

I never would have believed something as simple as two little washers would have such a big impact! The rubbing is gone!

mine too, passenger side sticks out prolly >5mm
and the rubbing is around the rear bumper split line... not top center :iono:

I think that's where mine was rubbing too, along the bumper split line. Try the washer thing.
