Help with corolla (japan) performance

HI.
I currently own a 05 corolla 1.5L 1nz-fe, but it doesn't go much with ~105HP.
I'm thinking of installing exhaust headers, downpipes and mufflers for some hp gains. Also thinking of getting it super or turbocharged. Either way can you guys help me find the performance parts i.e. manufacturers etc.
mines an A/T, want to get a 5-spd M/T, clutch,flywheels etc.

But i doubt some parts won't fit as the body style is different.

The motors are the same... The bodies are different

Same motor. I would look into pulleys and possibly retrofitting an intake :iono:
