I don't think there will be any changes since the Yaris just got a new facelift for 2009.

Sorry for the sarcasm, but here in Australia the model of the car is based on when it is manufactured. Over here the above question would be like asking what color is green?

yep. i think what you see now is pretty much it until the next gen yaris comes out (model year 2012??), though ive heard rumors of toyota selling the yaris with the 1.3l at a cheaper price. that would appeal to me if the mileage is higher (which id expect it would be).

i wanted the 5 door mt hatch, but figured it was outside US only..now that it's here in automatic only, i'm disappointed but personally happy that i never waited around for it, haha. i never know why US car companies offer cars in this manner...where the hell is the 1.8L for us?

The Toyota Verso has center mounted gauges that are tilted towards the driver, which I like.

So did the Echo.
And i liked the curve towards the driver... a lot (actually same as with the saturn IONs too)
... but the gauge cluster in the echos was HIDEOUS. i swear. horrid!
The yaris gauge cluster looks very sleek in comparison, and just very nice in general. im a big fan of their central overall look!!
(Looks way better (IMO) than the 1st gen Fit's dashes!!)
